Fast poker. Most probably going for the blind pre flop. Most probably a weaker player due to his stack size. C-Bet both flop and turn 3/4. Pretty aggrieve then slow down on river. His most probably looking for some value for a top pair weak kicker or a pair of 7.

Think 3 betting preflop would be the best play as we can roughly guess his range preflop. By calling he can be holding on to ATC.
3 betting at end looks like a pretty good bluff but doubt his gonna throw away his 7 pair or 10 pair.

[Its been a very very long time since I play poker. Just my view]
