Staking in FTOPS

Postby asiangravy » Fri Jan 11, 2008 3:29 pm

Plan on trying out most of the NL Hold'em and Omaha events at the FTOPS on Full Tilt Poker. Looking to sell some of my action, was wondering if anyone would be interested

Jason, I'm interested to know more about it.
Do you mind telling our kakis how this staking system work? Perhaps show us an example of a tourney?

staking is when you sell a piece of yourself in a tournament

it usually works when a staker pays for the entrance fee of a player and they split whatever winnings 50/50.

there can be variations to the deal, but usually this is how it works

Yeah like what suitedpairs has said. I'm trying to selling off 50% of my action in series and I would split the winnings - the buy-in 50/50 with my stakers. I currrently have 20% action left for grabs.
