There's a popular game room in Metro Manila operating 24/7, the Metro (metrocardclub.com). They have about 10 tables for NLHE and will expand with I think another 10 more. I believe the one at Airport Casino Filipino stopped operation already.

The largest poker room inside a casino used to be the one inside the airport casino, however this is closed as of the moment due to renegotiation between PAGCOR and the poker room operator, the largest now would be the one inside the Hyatt Casino running 24/7 and i have seen several high stakes game (blinds php 500-1,000) buy-in of php 100k-500k.

Outside the Casinos, there are several poker room now operating on stand alone basis, the Iargest I would say now is the Master Poker (http://www.masterspoker.ph) which have just started operations Aug. 2, 2008, it have approx. 17 tables, next would be the metro card club, then come the poker room of Dusit Hotel, and then the poker room of PPT (Philippine Poker Tour)

With all these legit poker room in operations here in metro manila, i could just wander around and find my luckiest place to be.

Thank you koolas & cindrellaman for providing valuable information to the kakis here. :D

Those kakis that are heading Manila for some poker games should know where to hang out by now.

By the way, are there any Omaha games in those casinos ?

Omaha is not yet being offered in the many poker rooms here at Manila.
I believe only NLHE are played.

Manila's poker scene is still growing but couldn't yet sustain life for a to-be poker pro.
at the Master poker room, i saw many yuppies w/ their GF (age >28 yrs. old), both are playing and enjoying php 10-20 cash game with min php 500 buy-in, there they could spend a whole afternoon (maybe as a substitute for dating) in those cash game.
With free flowing coffee / iced tea and some snacks and the chance to win some Cash, how I envy them now, pokerrooms should have been introduced 2 decades earlier.

Hyatt is really the better poker room before and up to this day.
Played there last night and there 5-6 tables operational.

Hyatt will also be the one to host APPT Manila

Hyatt room rates are about usd$160
for more info:

Within the vicinity of Ermita, Manila there stand a handful of hotels, best alternative to Hyatt, is the riviera mansion located just across the street to Hyatt. Room rates at the riviera are just about usd$45

Dont even waste your time in Manila Pavilion just go straight to Hyatt, the only high stake cash game poker room where you have a chance to win big because of tourist influx. There's another poker room and its called Metro CArd room but its full of sharks.

Yup what he said...

There is also a pokerroom near the Hyatt called Masters Poker owned by Koreans. A lot of koreans play there and field reports say it is a fishy room. Disclaimer: I haven't played there. For a full list of pokerrooms in the Philippines follow this link...
