Could it be Joshua APL @ Aussie Millions?

Postby bluestallion » Thu Jan 31, 2013 8:32 pm

There is an ANG PANGLENG with fourth largest chip stack in the Aussie Millions now with 36 left.

Could it be the Joshua Ang Pang Leng? The guy who beat Tony G in S'pore in 2006 to win runner up US$233k ...

Looks likely it is him ... link: http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/player.php?a=r&n=70226

Gotta root for him if he's the guy ...

A huge hand just went down at Table 10 that resulted in Patrik Antonius jumping out to a big chip lead.

It happened when Ang Pangleng opened for 35,000 under the gun and Mark Betts called from the button. Patrik Antonius then three-bet to 108,000 from the small blind, the big folded and Pangleng moved all in for 874,000. Betts folded and Antonius snap-called to put Pangleng at risk.

Pangleng: 3s3c
Antonius: KsKh

Pangleng had picked the wrong time to shove as he ran smack dab into Antonius' pocket kings. Pangleng would find no help as the board ran out and the fearsome Finn collected the monster pot to chip up to 3.4 million.
