I Want to Be an Online Pro

Postby Private Ryan » Wed Sep 10, 2008 2:11 am

Hello all,

I am new here. Congratulations to the forum for a good place to discuss poker.

Can someone recommend the best supporting software to play poker. And why?

I want to be able to see my opponent's betting patterns/statistics about how they play pre-flop/post-flop, etc, as I play.

You can try to play the freeroll for a start.
Go download the poker client from http://www.pokerstars.net and register from the link below.

You can use the play money to start your training too.
Try to invest on Poker Tracker 3 (http://www.pokertracker.com/) that helps to monitor your poker results. It is a very important software for online grinders.
Next, you might want to install a freeware called Pokerstove (http://www.pokerstove.com/) to determine the range of hands when making decisions.
