i'll give it a try.

according to the summary, the pot is ~66BB, assuming the 2 of u have the same stack (~32BB)

since no details were given, i'll imagine.

he open raise for 3BB
u shove ( i'm guessing u shoved here since your topic is " how often should he be calling here " )
rest all fold.

If u're 3betting with 88+,AJs+,KJs+,AQo+,KQo, he has ~35% equity against ur range. Therefore calling 35% of the time here is good ?

ouch ouch i didn't post the entire hand history. Basically he limped I raised to 4x's the BB the flop came J94 rainbow he checks I raised a little bit more then half the pot he folded K on the turn he bets about 1/6 the pot and I raise river was a harmless 4 he bet 1750 and I raised to ~7K. Obviously I know I am behind but I can't really see what is in my range that he is beating. I guess QQ just wondered what range he was putting my on for him to make that call

just some clarification,

he limp
u raise to 4BB
flop J94 rainbow, pot is 9.5BB
u bet ~5BB
he call, pot is ~20BB
turn K <---from here on, i'm guessing u typed wrongly? he fold when he hit K on turn?

after failing the cbet on the flop, its really time to strongly consider throwing in the white towel and save your chips for another day ^_^ ( checking down your Ace high would had been great if he cooperates )
