So I should fold my AA preflop even when I am short stack?
Sorry, I am not a fan of folding AA preflop. I play to win.

you should've folded your aces, ESPECIALLY because you're short-stacked. can't afford to play around and gamble with aces. yes, you play to win, but getting aces all-in preflop isn't the best way to get to the river unharmed.

If I dun gamble with AA, then I should gamble with 72?
We have different school of thoughts.
You give me 1000 times same situation like this I'll still play the same way. :D

The play was right. No such thing as folding Aces pre-flop.

Its the best hand. You cant say, "hmmm, I got a feeling he'll get a straight, or a flush, or a set, yeah... better fold my aces." NO SUCH THING!!! How can someone fold aces pre-flop?!?!?!

Its just stupid to fold aces PRE-FLOP just because you're afraid people might suck out on you.
If you guys are thinking like that, that means Q-10 suited is better than AA pre-flop?

DM101. You made the right play. And in poker, the right play will get you to win in a long run.
I can bet my entire bankroll that any pro, e.g Johnny Chan, will make the same play as you.

Poker is about making the right descision. Its what the game is all about,

It's the Golden Hand buddy! You cannot avoid to call those hole cards nd it's really tempting. If you're AAs are in a 3 to 4 way all-in situation. You only have 2 choices. Clap or Crack. Clap - you celebrate yourself if you're aces hold.

anyone here that says folding aces preflop is the right thing to do is bullshitting. Y dont u ask THOSE ppl, have they folded Aces preflop b4? talking like got no sense.

U have to play Aces preflop no matter wat, and going all in is the right thing to do, no matter how many ppl is in. If u tell me fold on the flop, turn or river that is fine, common. but preflop, only suckers will fold.

I totally agree. Like i said in my earlier post on this thread.

NO SUCH THING AS FOLDING ACES PRE-FLOP. NO MATTER WHAT, YOU HAVE THE BEST HAND.

Well, if you fold aces on a 3-spade flop, or villian has made so obviously a straight on the turn, its ok to fold your aces. But pre-flop, NEVER.

I am willing to bet my entire bankroll that NO PRO, will fold aces pre-flop.
