I called a bluff
Re: I called a bluff
very nice very nice! remind me of Kenny Tran's sick call during WSOP 2007
why did u choose to call, Lynn? what kind of read u have on him?
Re: I called a bluff
haha i dont wanna say too much incase he reads this and becomes offended and wont play with me ever again....grrr....
but i tagged imran as 'very very very loose'...calling hands all the way to the end just to see if he managed to hit his aces while holding a single ace. on a huge number of hands i noted that he went all in with the intent to bluff other opponents out of a pot. the way he played the hand with me was very consistent with the way he played those hands with yielded nothing. ya hope that answers.
Re: I called a bluff
sorry, lynn ...
i consider this move a not a wise called. with 4 hearts and 6, 7, 9 & 10 on board, there is a very high possiblilty of flush, striaght hand, thrice or 2 pairs. just too many outs to go all-in. Maybe is your good read of opponent or just count yourself lucky. No offence. Afternoon (Bob)
Re: I called a bluff
Tough call!
Re: I called a bluff
I have to agree with Afternoon, Lynn, though congrats to calling his bluff and taking down a beautiful pot. Being "Stuck" to pockets have costed myself too much chips, hope that wouldnt be your case. Like what afternoon said, your opponent would be very likely to have you beaten. Even very loose players do hit it every now and then (duh..) and QQ doesnt look that great with such a dangerous flop/river.
Well you probably got a good read on him anyways, HUAT AH!!!
