heard that Steps are one of the worst ways to try to win a package, you're almost always gonna meet those SN,SNE high stakes SNG grinders whenever u're at Step 5/6. Too tough imo.

perhaps the MTT ones are might be better.

Basically there are 6 level in steps, which is a range of different buy-in amounts from $6.50 (step 1) up to $2100 (step 6)
You can enter from any level and try to keep winning your way up(normally top 2 in the SNG to advance) to the last stage (step 6) which normally payouts the big package like 4 x APPT package or 1x WSOP main event package etc

If you are a SNG specialist there's a lot of value to be picked up from step 1 to 4 , very soft field~ The only difficulty is trying to exit by winning a package as step 5 & 6 are extremely tough.

The best is still their freerolls and FPP MTTs ~ relatively very weak but extremely large field

From wat i know...when i went to macau appt tt time...ALLLOOTTT (majority) of pple qualifies thru the steps...but i tried...and its freakin difficult man...couldnt get pass step 5....

yeh but frm the amt of pple i see qualifying thru steps....i think is juz how long u wanna try for...

i think coz its a sng...short term luck is impt la...true tt there will be alot of sng grinders at step5 and 6....but if the cards goes ur way.....no grinder is gonna stand between u and the package...yehh

Hey guys. i have a suggestion.
For those who are interested in the steps qualifiers,
shall we play at the same table?
i mean isnt it better to have all pokerkakis members at the same table of 9 at every steps
so at least some kakis can go thru. letting non kakis benefits.
like let say i have a certain step ticket
and those kakis that wanna try tht step we set a time and enter together.
its not tht we pa ka or wat just tht increase the chances of kakis making thru.

a FYI here,

just realised that the PS Step 6 is now a 6max SNG, only 1st place win a package.

gd luck guys~

ps : felix, your Step 5 tickets will probably come into better use for APPT.
