Hi kakis,
Sorry for the delayed update. The internet connection at Monte Carlo was very bad and it took a long time for me to get into the forum. In fact I did posted a thread at the end of Flight 1A but it was not updated due to some connection issues. So pissed that I refused to get online again.

Nevertheless, let me do a quick update again.

LEVEL ANTE SMALL BLIND BIG BLIND MINUTES
1 50 100 60
2 75 150 60
3 100 200 60
4 150 300 60
5 25 150 300 60
6 50 200 400 60
7 50 300 600 60
8 75 400 800 60 CR25

Above is the blind structure for flight 1A & 1B.

Things started smoothly for me during the early levels. During one of those hands, I flopped a full house and slow played a German player and scooped up 5K of chips from him. My [As] [Kh] vs [Ac] [Jd] won 3.5K from the player sitting on my right. Along the way, I preflop raised with AQ & AK and was uncontested. I got about 38-39K chip stacks by the end of level 4 which was above average stack.
My stack was pretty healthy until the beginning of level 7 where I started to bleed chips.

I had [Th] [Ts] on the button and raised it to 1800. Small blind player with around 30K chips reraised to 4800. I smooth called him and was hoping to flop a set. Flop came [8h] [5h] [2h] . SB checked and I checked behind him. Turn came [Kh] . SB immediately bet the pot. I tanked for 2 mins and decided to fold as I thought my [Th] was not good enough to make the call. Then the Uncle showed me [Ad] [Ks] . Zzzzzzzz

Another occasion I had [Qs] [Qd] at UTG and I raised 2K showing a strong hand. All folded and when came to button, the guy reraised to 6.5K. I called to see flop. Flop came [2c] [4d] [7s] which were all under cards. I checked he bet out 9K. Reluctantly, I folded my cards. Zzzzzzz

I lost my major chips in this pot. I raised 1.8K with [8c] [8h] at cut off position and BB completed it. Flop came [8d] [6s] [2c] . I hit top set :D but strangely the guy bet out 2.5K. I was thinking either he has a str draw or an overpair. I raised to 7K and he called instantly.
Turn came a [Js] . He bet out again(I forget how much he bet). I looked at my stack and went ALL IN as I had him covered. He showed me [Jd] [Jc] . Ouch.......... :(

I was crippled badly this time as my chips stack left only 3-4K.

A short stack guy with stack covered me slightly went all in with [As] [3h] at cut off position. I had [Ad] [7s] at BB and went all in too. Flop came [Ac] [6d] [2s] . Turn came [5c] . River came a [3d] . End of story. Sad to say, I didn't even survive to Day 2 got busted out. Sorry to let u guys down man. No LKY LKY this time haha Zzzzzzzz

Anyway, it was a good experience for me to join the sea of world class poker players playing this wonderful main event. Guess I have to say ANOTHER TIME BABY!

This guy was a tight and cautious player. His opening range was limited and he was the only guy that played solidly on my table. His name is Stephen Haughey and he came in 66th place grabbing Euro $25000 in the end. We become friends and sharing our poker experience after that.

I don't need to know as I've folded that hand.
Folding QQ was not really a tough decision but some players just can't lay them down. It's not a shame to lay down QQ though.
I highly doubt he was outplaying me as he has been observing my tight playing style too.

Guess you don't want to get durrred in that hand, especially back-durrred.
