if me hor.. I think I would either 4 bet or fold

1) out of position good to end fast and negate this disadvantage
2) any Axx or Kxx flop is very hard to play, 20%+ the time u will see a board with an overcard to your QQ
3) if he is really tight, his range now is probably something like JJ-AA, AK ~ instant fold preflop could be fine
4) to 4 bet would really depends on how deep the stacks are, if very very deep flat calling like what you did for set mine could be possible
if pretty short like under 10M its an easy shove
for mid stack like 12-16M hor, its ok to call to see the flop and commit on a low board but fold to any signs of strength on an overboard like Axx or Kxx, this way u never pay to AK hands but fight it out against his JJ-AA range

hope that helps ya guys a bit ^_^

also hor... the most important factor here is probably your hand range assignment on villain ba
if you think he is really tight like QQ-AA then it would definitely be a good fold
or a loose range like TT-AA, AQ-AK , then stacking off would had been great

Only ranges in between that really gives me a headache but this is where a good or marginal tournament player is separated

cheers ^_^
