Have seen that the players (usually headsup) decide to chop the pot (could be at any stage of the hand) in HSP. Obviously chopping would not be allowed in a tournament, but what are the rules/ etiquettes regarding chopping a hand in cash games?

well in heads up cash games, usually if both player make deals and both agreed it's fine actually.
