Honestly, I can't really teach anyone to handle bad beats well... it has a lot do to with character... that person deep down inside of you..
I once read a book that says most people with enough experience will be able to reach at least level 3, but not everyone will reach level 4... only a handful of us can attain the level of Zen...it takes a lot of conviction, honesty and heart..

But always remember that poker is about making the right decisions. Control what you can, accept what you can't.

Cheers, hope this article has help some of you guys out there ^_^

For me...

1-3 bad beats in a row...level 3

3-7 bad beats in a row...level 2

8-12 bad beats in a row....level 1

> 12....quit poker...

I managed to get 2 guys to ALL-IN me preflop (with me having Pocket Aces) in a 4handed game.

Typical raise, re-raise, re-re-raise, re-re-re*AH F!* All-in strats.

AA vs J4 vs Q5

Then flopped nothing... then 5... then 5... then... Zenlike state...
