hey guys this question was probably asked a thousand times before... lol sorry if i'm a bother to anyone... just wanna ask, am i able to use OCBC VISA Credit Card to fund my moneybookers for gaming purpose? got rejected using DBS Debit Card... waiting for my ibanking device to be delivered.

Don't think you're able to. I might be wrong. But why don't use eNets to fund you MB account?

eNets much more convenient and it's a sure-fire method. But got 0.9% charges from MB.
Still deciding between Pokerstars and Full tilt. Haha.

I think one have to sign up with affiliates in order to get rakeback as FTP doesn't give rakeback themselves. I was reading in a forum and was told to sign up with RakeBackPros to enjoy 27% rakeback.

Yes, that's the only way to get rakeback but it's against the rule which will lead to banning of accounts. Well, I just email both FTP and rakebackpros about my situation and see how it goes. If they can't put me on the rake back program, I will just play at PS. :)
