maybe his talking about your 3bet range lol , A7o is in your light 3bet range i guess ?

It's technically not really a 3Bet. lol.

A 3Bet doesn't put you all in.

nah i wasnt talking abt 3betting..

im saying.. its quite standard to do what the 3 of them did, given all 3 of their cards , stacks and position :D

I think you can find a better spot for your money than A7o here. You're committing most of your stack vs jbeniers and you are usually just a coin flip, and in this case, you were a dog. The other guy with JJ calling actually helps your cause, allowing you to triple up. Otherwise, i would pick a different spot.
