5th floor at the staircase after you deposit your passport. Got 2 counters... 1 is for getting room, 1 is for changing rolling chips.

Er... no... That is the 3rd floor, where you deposit your passport. After you deposit your passport, you have to walk up the stairs 2 floors to the 5th floor. You should see a dragon statue in the middle. Left counter is for changing of rolling chips, right counter is for rooms. The baggage deposit and ferry booking are also located on this floor. Just ask any of the crew if u unsure where la...

Hey guys just wanna ask, is the Main Event a 2 day event or does it finish on the same day? I saw the schedule and there are 2 flights, those who qualified via PS have the option of choosing either flight? Thanks, much appreciated. =)

Hello. congrats on winning your seat on PS! The Main event is a 2 day event. Those who win seats via satellite are automatically registered for Flight 1.

Hello, refunded T$ are only applicable for the 2nd seat won and onwards. Seats won via satellite are not refundable, nor exchangeable for cash.

Hope this helps.

Sorry guys, I'm new here. Have a few questions as I'm visiting the ship sometime next month.

1) For the NN chips, you pay $300 to change for $300 worth of chips? Or is it something lesser or more? And what will the denominations of the chips be in?
2) Will the NN chips be abled to used at all tables?
3) What are the minimal stakes at tables such as blackjack/roulette?
4) When will there be poker tables in play?
