Just how safe is on line betting. I have been betting on horses with citi.bet for the past 1 year and was losing all this while until last weekend where i make 20k. However, my joy was shattered as the agent would not answer my call. Worst still now i cannot even access to my account. Anyone out know where i can lodge a complaint and to whom?

So you're trying to say its legal? Then how come we have to use moneybookers to deposit money instead of direct deposits using Visa or Mastercard? Moreover we are in Singapore so the law assumes that we have to play by Singapore rules. And its like they're hosted outside so we're expected to travel out of the country to gamble isnt it?

if its against the law wouldnt singaporeans been banned by now?washington d.c,france and italy has already banned their citizens from playing on pokerstars and full tilt,they are only allowed to play on pokerstars.fr or their respective countrys' sites.
