The main reason why Texas Holdém cash game will not be in Singapore is because Casino Regulatory Authority fobids player from gambling against one another. It has nothing to do with revenue from cash game tables.

Hello, SunScreen, u must be kidding.. how could that be possible! Is there such CRA ruling? How rational is that we can gamble against the house when the house always win and we cant play against players when everyone got equal chance? U think CRA will come up with this rule?

Another hear say. It's purely about revenues. This is not what the MBS guys said. This is the main reason!

Don't argue my dear kakis.

In fact RWS was approved for Texas Hold'em Ring cash game and they do have 1 table in Crockford Club, played but only a couple of times and very short handed, blinds @sgd100/200. (i am no Crockford Club member so i cannot verify it, just heard from a reliable source)

Anyway, is the management decision not to run the poker tables on the main floor, nothing regarding whether our Gahment or CRA forbids gambling against each other.

As for MBS, they have not formerly apply to run the game.
