Is this considered slow-rolling???

Postby BigBoh » Tue Jan 25, 2011 8:58 pm

Board: [Qd] [Tc] [Th] [3s] [4s]

At Showdown:
Player A shows [Qc] while purposely concealing his 2nd Remaining Hole Card;
Player B shows both Hole Cards - [Qh] [9c] ;
Then Player A flashes his Remaining Hole Card - [Ad] for a 2 pair + better kicker.

I consider this slowrolling... going forward, would the [Ad] be considered void / mucked if Player A only intended to play his [Qc] ???

Nah, its not mucked unless its released from his hand, or he made a gesture to kinda inch the other card forward.

A slowroll in general is when the player is fully aware he has won and chooses to delay the result. A typical scenario would've been if you guys swapped places. He shows the Q9 and you flash only the Q..... then the winning kicker after a significantly long delay.
