How many hands to know your a winning player?

I know they all say 10-20k hands is usually a bad guage for how well you actually run. So hwo many hands would actually be a good measurement for how well your running at a particular stake? http://www.casinobellini.com/uk

I achieved SNE on stars last year. I can tell you that about 250k is a good sample.
