Getting The Most Out Of It

PokerStars Game #18566340928: Hold'em No Limit ($0.50/$1.00) - 2008/07/03 - 22:30:31 (ET)
Table 'Phoebe IV' 6-max Seat #4 is the button
Seat 1: misstae ($69.95 in chips)
Seat 2: ggodd ($395.05 in chips)
Seat 3: pipi486 ($97 in chips)
Seat 4: antimetagame ($99.50 in chips)
Seat 5: musicmantaz ($16.50 in chips)
musicmantaz: posts small blind $0.50
misstae: posts big blind $1
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to pipi486 [7s 7c]
ggodd: raises $2.50 to $3.50
pipi486: calls $3.50

Here I would call with any small/mid pair for set value
Notice the implied odds here is very good because UTG openers have a very tight range (meaning usually strong hands) that pays our sets well. $$

antimetagame: folds
musicmantaz: folds
misstae: calls $2.50
*** FLOP *** [2h Ks 3h]
misstae: checks
ggodd: checks
mcdarizona was removed from the table for failing to post
pipi486: checks

Here is a spot that I will consider stealing but 3 players in the pot, the fold equity is marginal, 2 players I will surly steal, 4 is definately a no no.
Here I elect to take the free card or maybe take a shot if the turn bricks and they both check again.

*** TURN *** [2h Ks 3h] [7h]
misstae: bets $3

A small bet here is pretty fishy, it could be that he hit his flush and is now making a suck bet.
He could also be on a A-flush draw with a single Ace of hearts trying to draw cheaply
He could be a late K/x failing to CR the flop and now trying to quickly recover the pot.
May even be air as he is just trying to scoop the pot up.

Folding my set here is definately wrong as I can pair the board for a full house
Raising is risky as I'm still unclear of opponent's hand
Calling here is definately most balance and optimal

ggodd: folds
splashem joins the table at seat #6
pipi486: calls $3
*** RIVER *** [2h Ks 3h 7h] [Kh]
Great River card, here I'm trying to figure how to win the max possible

misstae: bets $11
A strong bet on the river usually means strength, I put him on either the A flush or trips Kings, if he has K2/K3 then so be it, I'll pay the price
The best way here to win the most is to ... Move All In!
Notice I did not show any strength yet, I called preflop, check flop, call turn.
Its hard for him to put me on a big hand and he will believe himself for the best hand to pay me off

^_^

pipi486: raises $79.50 to $90.50 and is all-in
misstae: calls $52.45 and is all-in
Uncalled bet ($27.05) returned to pipi486
*** SHOW DOWN ***
pipi486: shows [7s 7c] (a full house, Sevens full of Kings)
misstae: mucks hand
pipi486 collected $141.90 from pot
*** SUMMARY ***
Total pot $143.90 | Rake $2
Board [2h Ks 3h 7h Kh]
Seat 1: misstae (big blind) mucked [5s Ah]
Seat 2: ggodd folded on the Turn
Seat 3: pipi486 showed [7s 7c] and won ($141.90) with a full house, Sevens full of Kings
Seat 4: antimetagame (button) folded before Flop (didn't bet)
Seat 5: musicmantaz (small blind) folded before Flop
