maybe just have to email MB support then.

Sorry about that. I work in the IT line. I talk to stupid people the whole day. Occupational hazard.

Or you can try using another bank to deposit money into MB?

try using eNets...im a super fan of eNets....makes everything super convenient....deposits to moneybookers w/o revealing any credit card numbers...and also gd for paying local fines or bills quickly online.....my bank is uob though...not sure how eNets is for DBS...think shouldnt be a problem also

u don't sign up for e-net... just have a internet banking login (with a local bank : DBS/UOB/OCBC).

When u transfer from enets mbookers will send u to the enets websites then u login to ur bank.
Ur bank will handle the enets transaction from there. It's safe since ur bank does all the transfer.

My account is with DBS and I have also used eNets to deposit into Moneybookers. Really fast, I must say. Got my cash in a matter of seconds, Of course I chose the instant transaction option. Just a 1% fee if I remember correctly. Pretty good for getting your cash in fast.
