I personally only use neteller, because you can get a neteller prepaid, which works the same way as a mastercard and you can make payments and withdraws anywhere in the world, which is very useful if you travel around the globe a lot like me.

Further on, moneybookers is almost the same as neteller, but no prepaid card option, wire transfer from moneybookers to bank is pretty cheap though, I thought it was 4$ or something? depends on which bank.

The last time i check neteller does not ship their new debit card to singapore but i've heard ppl managed to persuade them to ship to sg.charges/conversion rate on the card used to be terrible but i heard it has improved a bit. IF u withdraw 1k usd,how much sgd would you get at the ATM machine?

sorry, I'm not from Singapore, so I don't know if they allow or don't allow the prepaid card

they charge 1.9% on the conversion 'standard going on' rate and a 1 time 4$ ATM fee
which means you should always witdraw max possible (which is 1K$) at the ATM

VIP neteller users get a discount, and then they charge 1.5% instead then
(you need to get over a million points I think for this, I don't know, they just send me a mail after some time, but I've heard it's the million points from other users)

Moneybookers is definitely recommended imo

For moneybookers, dbs charge a fixed 10 bucks for ITT transfers. Moneybookers charges 3.69 for withdrawal processing. Pretty hassle free, likely to credit into your bank within 5 working days.

I think neteller is a reliable option as well, many of kakis here use it
